I published a total of 5 posts this past week, although 2 of those posts were short news items. Of the 3 main posts, 2 were about my Stevenson research and one was about my daughter’s piano solo. It’s one of the few times I’ve actually posted about my living family members. I hope to change that eventually!
I didn’t do any tweaking to my blog this past week. I’m enjoying the way it is right now. The only change I can think of was to add a new page, titled “Surnames/Locations“. I also unpublished any posts before 2012 as I have given up hopes of reviving all my old blog here. This is a new work and anything added to it, including posts from my old blog, will be published as a new post.
On the research side, I began looking into my Freeman ancestors on Friday night. I am looking at the siblings of Nettie Eudora Freeman and I have been able to find some information on two of her brothers, Ozie Floyd Freeman and Willis Alpheus Freeman. I’m hoping this information will help me to eventually make contact with a living cousin and perhaps be able to find out more about Robert Oliver Freeman and his wife Miranda.
That is about all I have for this week. It wasn’t a very busy week as I was trying to adjust my sleeping patterns between Monday and Thursday to be able to attend my daughter’s concert at the college. I was basically a zombie until the weekend. I’m slowly getting back into the groove.
Looking forward to sharing my new finds as well as journeying into my Stevenson research with you all next week.
Have a wonderful week,
