To start my journey off, I’d like to share with you my basic start of my genealogy. Just to give you a quick look at the 4 main surnames I will be focusing on.
I was born to David Isaac Spangler and Patricia Ann Forbes. My paternal grandparents were David Franklin Spangler and Ora Elizabeth Gamble. My maternal grandparents were George Charles Forbes and Winnie Ida Stevenson.
In my 10+ years of research, I’ve discovered quite a bit about the Forbes and Stevenson lines and have done what I can to improve on the research my cousin has done on the Spangler and Gamble lines.
Since you should always start with yourself and work your way back, I will introduce you to my mom and dad first. Later I will take you along in my journey into each individual line I am researching.
