I just wanted to pop in and share a little something with everyone. Some may find this interesting but others will just say it’s no big deal. I thought it was pretty interesting.
In researching my Forbes ancestry, I have been able to take pride in our Scottish heritage. My interesting find is that, according to my new info (unverified) given by a newfound connection, if I keep going back I eventually find our ancestors in Ireland. Even more interesting is that before taking on the surname of Forbes (see my earlier post) it appears that we had the surname of McDonald!
I guess I will have to take another look at my hatred for McDonald’s restaurants!
